Termanova Equals durability, strength and food safety and because of its low weight and great stability it has become Europe´s preferred dolly.

Which of the MINI MOOVE dollies, you should choose depends on the transport/handling task. Below you will find several different MINI MOOVE versions and hopefully there is one to suit your needs. For additional information regarding wheels, castors and colours.

MINI MOOVE Standard

Standard ABS dolly, 600x400mm, suitable for light and medium duty loads. The lipped edges offer extra rigidity, and the open corners ensure drainage of condensation or cleansing residue. Applicable in temperature ranges from -20 to +80ºC, short term +90°C for washing in crate washing machines, etc.

Can be delivered in special colors and with customer logo on request.

Colour: blue, red-orange, yellow and green

Maximum load: 250 kg

MINI MOOVE Xtra

An extra strong dolly, 600x400mm, which due to its unique material combination makes it suitable for longer stays in cold stores/freezers. Temperature range from -30º to +60ºC. The dolly is gentle on surroundings and presents an affordable and light weight alternative to dollies in stainless steel. Same construction as other dollies in the MINI MOOVE series with open corners for easy cleaning. Available with stainless steel castors or plastic castors on request.

Colour: grey

Maximum load: 375 kg

MINI MOOVE Gitter

ABS mesh frame, 600x400mm. The build-in mesh frame offers added support for smaller packages and loads in odd sizes. The mesh is moulded in the surface of the dolly, which means that the edge which prevents the transported goods from sliding is preserved. This construction suits applications in which the dolly will be subject to harsh treatment. This model is also delivered with open corners for increased hygiene and easy cleaning. Temperature range from -20 to +80ºC, short term +90°C for cleaning.

Maximum load: 275 kg

MINI MOOVE Uniflex

A unique dolly, which can be sized to suit any job. Four plastic corner units mate with four extruded aluminium profiles. Suitable for longer stays in cold stores and freezers down to -30ºC. The plastic corners protect the interior from hard wear. Very light weight, less than 4 kg, which makes the dolly very easy to handle. Side lengths from 220mm to 1200mm.

Maximum load: 300 kg

MINI MOOVE Ulight

ULIGHT is our offer to those of our customers who have no need for non-corrosive components, but still demand the well-known Termonova quality. ULIGHT is supplied with Termonova’s high quality 600x400mm frame and can be delivered with zinc plated steel castors with either PA (nylon) or rubber tyred Ø100mm wheels.

Colour: red or white

Maximum load: 150 kg

June 2009 Update

After the dismal start to the year we are experiencing a growth in enquiries and orders, whether this is due to our excellent pricing, our staff’s good looks, competitors dissapearing Or a sign that the market is picking up, I lack the knowledge to comment though the sounds of telephones ringing is a welcome relief.

An adjustable ESD workbench such as our WB series ESD workbench is extremely ergonomic, based on our concept of simple height adjustability and the availability of an extensive range of ergonomic accessories. Simple height adjustability at the press of a button or by turning a hand crank allows an operator to alternate between seated and standing working positions quickly. The range of accessories available for this ergonomic ESD workbench reduces unnecessary movements by the operator when working at it and allows them to work in a more comfortable environment. The adjustable ESD workbench can easily be adapted to various applications in production, assembly, repair, test, technical laboratories and R&D areas requiring ESD protection. It is also a suitable worktable for administration in various technical environments.

Adjustable ESD Workbench Features

Height Adjustability

What makes our WB adjustable ESD workbench special is its simple height adjustment feature on a sliding scale. There are three ways to adjust the worktop height between 700mm and 1100mm. The first option is motorized adjustment by pressing an up-down button. It takes no more than 19 seconds to raise the work surface from the lowest point to the highest point. The second option is by turning a hand crank that hides away under the ESD workbench once the desired height has been set. The third option is by allen key. All it requires is simply loosening eight bolts, setting the height and tightening them up again.

Ergonomic accessories

An important feature of our ergonomic ESD workbench is the range of accessories available. With them it is possible to reduce unnecessary movement by the operator even further when working at the ESD workbench. They also improve the ergonomics of the environment by allowing better lighting and personal space for the operator.

Extendable

WB ESD workbench can be a standalone bench but can also have extensions attached to it. There are two types of extensions available. One extension type is a ESD side worktop (ST ESD). Side worktops extend the length of a ESD work surface up to 400mm on both sides and thus allow more working space within easy reach of the operator. Another extension type is a corner ESD workbench (CT ESD) that allows the creation of a U shaped (horse shoe) or L shaped layouts thus creating even more workspace for an operator than with an ST extension.

Durable

Our adjustable ESD workbenches can take weight loads of up to 250 kg and can withstand years of tough use. This kind of durability is achieved by using 25 mm thick ESD laminated particle board with ABS finished edges as a worktop, and a frame made of 1.5-2.0 mm thick square steel tube with epoxy powder finish.
