We have just got one of our servers with 10 domains back online. It went down at 11:00am this morning and came back 21:00 tonight. Very little explanation from Namesco, except that it was the simply.com servers and they were trying to fix the problem.
We have 6 domains with 1and1 and these have never been down unlike simply.com/namesco who had the domains down the other week due to the http port. This required a reset after we called and notified them of the problem.
If anyone else is having problems with this ISP post your coments here. I know one other customer who has cancelled his reseller account with Namesco stating that the service has been dire since the take over.
