Gravity Fixed Roller Telescopic

Fixed boom roller conveyor

Boom Conveyors fitted with rollers are ideal for loading vehicles. Using gravity they are fast and efficient and lower cost than powered alternatives.

Roller Conveyors

Roller conveyors are widely used because they are simple, fast and cost effective. The Roller Boom Conveyor combines the advantages of free running rollers with proven extending boom conveyor designs to produce a highly efficient vehicle loading device.

Gravity Powered

Inclined from your loading dock or warehouse into the vehicle being loaded, a Roller Boom Conveyor will use gravity to transport your goods. As the vehicle fills the operator can retract the boom using its powered extend/retract system to maintain a comfortable loading position.

Gravity Fixed Roller Telescopic

Roller loaders are available with the following options:

  • Tranversing chassis
  • Full underguarding
  • Powered chassis
  • Gallows lighting

Mobile Vehicle Loaders

Mobile Vehicle Loader

Mobile vehicle loaders are highly versatile and require no loading bay. They require little space and can be positioned to meet the day-to-day needs of the business. Designed specifically for premises without a raised loading dock.

The range is broad and caters for all vehicle types and sizes. It includes compact models for vans and telescopic loaders for lorries and large trailers, which extend up to twelve metres.

There are two basic models:

MVL – The MVL is fully counterbalanced and requires no support from within the vehicle. Belt direction is reversible to suit loading/unloading.

VL – The VL is cost effective and features an extendable conveyor that rests on the trailer bed. Belt direction is reversible to suit goods-in or goods-out operations.

Mobile Vehicle Loader

Mobile Loaders are available with the following options:

  • Full underside covers
  • High level stands
  • Powered levelling
  • Fully mobile chassis

Flexible Conveyors

Flexible roller container

Flexible conveyors are designed to endure the rigorous demands of distribution centres and parcel handling hubs. Flexible conveyors provide cost effective handling solutions – not only for the large distribution centres but also for smaller companies requiring only single units.

These conveyors are extremely flexible and are easily manoeuvred into position on breaked swivel castors.

Flexible conveyors are easily stored as they can compact to just one third or less of their extended length.
